 October, 2010 Pavilion Project:

A big thanks to Dave Sheldon who

helped design and cut costs to be able to have a new Pavilion built at our Marina.

Dave worked with Association President Rich Gray, and point residents Jay Hills, and Gary Koben to plan for the October Building Project.

Also thanks to John Crawford for using his auger to do the post

Lloyd Peacock

The structure is 24 x 36, with a blue metal roof.

Future plans are to finish off the ceiling and put down a cement pad floor. Donations are now being sought to fund those and other projects for the Marina.
